Dragonfly Management (Bolsover) Limited and Bolsover District Council ("the Client") are issuing this Request for Quotation ("RFQ") in connection with the competitive procurement of a Principal Designer to oversee the works relating to our Facilities Management Contract, providing preplanned and reactive / call-out maintenance to our commercial properties.
