Phase 1 PFAS Desk Study and Water Monitoring Assessment.

• a.A desk study to assess risk levels and define conceptual site model, showing PFAS sources, pathways and receptors, and proposed monitoring to obtain factual data based on downstream and upstream locations based on groundwater and surface water flow directions.
• b.Review of proposed scope of monitoring and RAMS for monitoring investigation my Englobe including of precautions to prevent sample cross-contamination.
• c.Monitoring assessment of groundwater and surface water on-site and at the adjacent River Tame based on existing borehole standpipe locations - to be undertaken by Englobe (to be employed by Client) due to their experience with the complexity and stringent cross-contamination prevention requirements of PFAS sampling.

Incorporation of factual PFAS results into risk assessment including hydrogeological modelling in ConSim as part of the ESSD.
