Project - Conservation of the Roman Villa Site - North Leigh Roman Villa, Witney, Oxfordshire
The works are to conserve the remains of the Roman Villa and are to include the following:
- a)Provide temporary protections, access and site facilities for the duration of the works.
- b)Conservation repairs to the remaining stonework including resetting of loose or unstable stone.
- c)Patch repointing to failed and cementitious mortar joints.
- d)Removal, repair and reforming of soft cappings to the wall heads,
- e)Conservation in actions
