The Council is seeking an experienced provider to carry out environmental improvements to the Tulse Hill Estate consisting of 882 properties. The Council is seeking to fulfil its health and safety obligations by carrying out essential repairs to the estate roads. In addition, the improvements have been designed to contribute towards reducing anti-social behaviour, improving air quality and creating community cohesion.
