Place Partnership Ltd. on behalf of Worcestershire County Council invite suitable, qualified and experienced Energy Assessors to carry to provide pre & post installation EPCs for 150 households within the county, a total of 300 certificates will be required.
The households receiving the work are yet unknown. Each household will sign up for works during the promotion process. All households will be within urban areas of Worcestershire.
- The energy assessor will be notified once a householder has registered for the installation works. There will be a defined window for the pre EPC to be completed while the order for the gas connection is made and the works completed. The EPC provider will be expected to book an appointment to visit each household.
- The energy assessor will be required to keep a record of all contact attempts with each household including the date, whether there were voicemail facilities and whether a voicemail was left.
- The energy assessor will be notified when the install has been completed so the post installation visit can be booked and undertaken.
- It is expected that the post installation EPC visit will take place within 4 weeks of the installation date.
- The energy assessor will be asked to feedback to the WCC project manager regarding any difficulty contacting householders or householder who has refused a visit.
- The assessor will be expected to provide the dates of assessment to the WCC project manager.
- It is expected that an energy assessor will present ID upon each property visit.
- A copy of all EPCs is to be sent to the WCC project manager with a breakdown of annual financial and CO2 savings for each property within 2 weeks of the assessment visit.
It is on this basis that we invite suitable contractors to provide a full turn-key project compliant quotation, to deliver this project within set time scales.
Works to be complete by 31st March 2021.

Please note that the Supplier is responsible for obtaining all information necessary for the preparation of the tender submission. All cost, expenses and liabilities incurred by the Supplier in connection with the preparation of their submission, the Form of Tender and Pricing Schedule shall be borne by the Supplier.
Worcestershire County Council reserve the right not to award a contract in full or in part.
