description
RBK wish to speak to operators of nursing, care homes and extra care providers to discuss the potential of a partnership to lease and operate a state of the art Dementia Care centre and deliver the services on the site. RBK are open to how that partnership might work contractually and are willing to discuss options to explore alternative use for some internal sections of the site and room configuration. One of the key things RBK wants to achieve from this scheme is a facility which provides a range of dementia care services on the site including 24 hr specialist care, day opportunities, health and care community based services such as memory clinics, and outreach. We are looking for an operator that has a track record of innovation, can work effectively with local health and care partners and provide a centre of excellence for those who purchase their own care, and those who may receive health and/or social care funding.
