Passenger Transport (Taxis): Travel Care & Support Services

This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) issued by Westminster City Council (WCC) who is a public local authority and a Contracting Authority for the purpose of the Public Contract Regulations 2015. The PIN has been issued for operators to be aware of Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC)s planned intention to procure the provision of passenger transport taxi services for vulnerable children, young people and adults across both boroughs ("the Services").

This PIN shall not be used as a means for the call for competition for the Services. A market sounding questionnaire has been published, inviting feedback from providers in the market to outline their level of interest and capacity in relation to this future opportunity.

The market sounding questionnaire also allows you to register interest in attending a virtual event to find out more about this future tendering opportunity. The event is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 19th October at 11am.
