Reside With Progress (RWP) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete refurbishment works on one of their properties 24 BridgeWater Avenue. RWP intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property. The Contractor will need to be fully compliant with all Health and Safety regulations and any other industry requirements. In summary, the works include the following;

| • | Associated decoration and new floor finishes throughout the property |
| • | General building works |
| • | Associated external works |
Site Visits
All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting a tender. The property will be opened up and available for inspection on Wednesday 27th March 12.45 - 2.00pm.
