SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to undertake a Space Feasibility Study (SFS) at our main offices at Cambourne.

Within the main offices, the space used by departments and officers is inconsistent across the building. Therefore, the purpose of the SFS is to investigate and assess options for SCDC to re-configure the layout to improve space utilisation.

The work that is required will call for a mixture of space utilisation, architectural, quantity surveyor, risk, environmental, mechanical & electrical engineering expertise. This may comprise of a single firm or multiple firms with a single firm acting as the lead and other suppliers brought in on a sub-contracted basis.

The SPS comprises of three distinct work packages 1) Condition Survey, 2) Existing utilisation audit and 3) Options Appraisal.
