HSL are inviting tenders to carry out Electrical HV Infrastructure works at it's site in Buxton, Derbyshire.
All details including specification, pricing schedules etc are in the attached documents

HSL has applied broad estimates in the lowest and highest value fields in the 'Summary Information' section.

Q: One of the tender requirements is that tenderers are to be registered as Approved Contractors by the National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting (NICEIC) or are members of the Electrical Contractors Association at an appropriate level for the type of installation being undertaken. We have achieved other accreditations. Please can you advise if this omission will stop our company from tendering or whether you will still consider our submission?
A: You should submit a tender and our technical advisers will review the relevant accreditations in the tender review period. Also, any BS that has been specified in the Tender Documents need to be met. Some BS which are applicable to the European Union may have sections which are specific to the UK and these sections will need to be met.
