There are a number of questions covering different areas we would like you to consider. We would be grateful if you could read the brief outlined in the attached document (available once you have registered your interest via this ProContract advert), then answer this questionnaire and return it to Homes England by Monday 9th September via the ProContract system.

The Brief

Homes England is the government's housing and regeneration agency. We believe that affordable, quality homes in well-designed places are key to improving people's lives.

We need to ensure we have a data specification for Housing Market Intelligence that meets the needs of the Agency and provides a high level of value for money.

Homes England's understanding of the current housing market is critical to our mission and delivery of our objectives and therefore, access to robust house sales and rental price data is crucial.

We would like access data covering the following broad areas:

We are interested in access to both raw data and more standardised off the shelf reporting products.

Example questions that we wish to be able to answer are wide ranging and subject to change, but may include:
