Sizewell C (SZC) is in a pre-licensing phase and the potential Licensee for the site, EDF-New Nuclear Build Generation Co (EDF-NNB), is performing preliminary analysis and assessments to support a decision regarding platform height for the main nuclear structures and associated infrastructure. This preliminary work will potentially support and underpin a future application for a nuclear site license to ONR for the construction and operation of two EPR reactors at the site.
