Scope of the quotation : Physiotherapy Service Provision
The Physiotherapist shall provide the Authority with a physiotherapy service as required by the appropriate Occupational Health Practitioner for all categories of Service employees.
To include but not limited to: -
| • | Physiotherapy Provision - to be delivered via a clearly defined 'Clinical Care Pathway'. |
| • | Acupuncture Sessions |
| • | Telephone Physiotherapy Assessment Service Provision |
| • | Educational Literature & Promotion of Awareness |
| • | DSE / Ergonomic Assessments - Max of 10 per annum |
