Exeter City Council is inviting expressions of interest for an experienced provider to deliver an innovative Outreach service to actively assist rough sleepers to come into accommodation. This new service will cover Exeter, East Devon and Teignbridge areas and include tailored responses to urban and rural homelessness. The service will lead the proactive approach in moving rough sleepers away from the streets and into accommodation. The service will also be instrumental in delivering strategic approaches to single homelessness throughout the contract area and be key partners in the local authorities Homelessness Strategy delivery plans.
