description
Oldham Cares is embarking on a project to deliver and develop the social prescribing network and are now looking to appoint a partner(s) to work collaboratively with Oldham Cares innovatively to co-develop and deliver this provision across the borough of Oldham.
The social prescribing network is currently being delivered in the Oldham West Cluster and in the development stages within the Oldham East Cluster. The Thriving Communities Programme is now looking to co-develop the social prescribing network further in an iterative way with all partners.
It is anticipated that the successful partnership will deliver the social prescribing network in all clusters whilst developing the pathways and systems in partnership with the Oldham Cares in order to roll out the delivery across all of the clusters in the Borough.
In order to identify and appoint a partner(s), the procurement will be managed by Oldham Borough Council on behalf of Oldham Cares and we will be undertaking a procurement process facilitated under the Light Touch Regime.
The purpose of the soft market testing is to enable key business stakeholders to engage with suppliers operating in the Social Prescribing market in order to be better informed as to our future requirements and to help us shape our proposal for a potential formal tendering process.
Additional information: Interested parties are asked to complete a Supplier Engagement Questionnaire, which can be found on the Councils e-tendering portal https://procontract.due-north.com/ under reference DN368441. Any questions should only be raised directly through this portal.
