Soft Market testing Approach-Nottinghamshire County Council had previously invited tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Contract regulations 2015 for the supply of 2 mobile library vehicles. No compliant bids were received.
The county council is inviting companies to complete a soft market testing questionnaire to ascertain what the market can offer in terms of ability to supply the said vehicles. This is not a call for tenders and responses. Further information is available from www.eastmidstenders.org.
Completed questionnaires must be returned via the above procurement portal by 12 noon Thursday 24th November 2016.
