Maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms & Monitoring

Maintenance of CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm Monitoring at various hospital sites across Wiltshire.

To include the following:

•Routine full on-site inspections of the system(s) annually in accordance with the required frequencies

•A 24 hour technical service where the client can speak to a suitable qualified engineer for assistance (reviewing playback and saving to disk, and for technical assistance by the trust’s own on-call technicians).

•A professional and expert advice and guidance to trust staff on the cost effective selection, installation and maintenance of all systems, together with relevant orders of costs in the form of written quotations, for approval prior to any change, modification, enhancement in whole or in part, being implemented

•Service and maintain any existing portable wire-free intruder detection systems

•Full coverage for all existing access control (i.e. those access control devices not controlled centrally by linked computer) and intruder alarm systems, comprising all components thereof e.g. controllers, keypads, attached devices, batteries, cabling, connectivity/communications from systems, programming etc., with mains power, network or telecommunications provision being the responsibility of the trust within the community sites •Full coverage for the CCTV systems currently installed within the trust community sites, including all linked cameras, all control and recording equipment and its communications infrastructure and related equipment
