Highways and Related Services: Maintenance, Improvement, Installation, Design, Inspection and Supervision

A range of highway and related services to be delivered to the London Borough of Havering and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. Lot 1 — Reactive and Planned Highway Maintenance and Construction of Improvement Schemes. Lot 2 — Maintenance, repair and replacement of street-lighting, other illuminated signs and associated electrical equipment.The contract is for 60 months plus option to extend the contract at the Councils discretion for up to a further 24 months' subject to contractor performance.

Tenders may be submitted for 1 or more lots.

This Procurement is being undertaken by the Lead Authority the London Borough of Havering on behalf of the London Borough of Havering and London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. This Procurement will establish separate contracts for the provision, as titled to both the London Borough of Havering and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham

The Contract is divided into 2 lots. The total estimated expenditure range excluding VAT for all lots is estimated at 97 000 000 GBP. Note that these spend figures are purely an estimate.

Tenderers may apply for 1 or more lots. Lots will be awarded individually with a maximum of Lots 1 and Lot 2 awarded to one tenderer. The overall evaluation criteria will be detailed for each lot in the ITT documentation.

Any selection of tenderer(s) will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement, and the contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous tender(s).
