Home Group is seeking to appoint a suitable experienced and qualified contractor in our Central North region for its repairs and maintenance services including the following work streams

| • | Compliance Servicing and Repair |
To cover predominantly residential tenanted dwellings owned and/or managed by HGP Limited.
It is envisaged TUPE will apply to this contract
