The alteration, refurbishment and extension of existing agricultural barn, comprising but not limited to:

Construction of new insulated concrete slab

Construction of a new side single storey extension to existing building comprising of a kitchen, servery, washrooms, education room, store and plant room New insulated roof

Removal and replacement of existing timber cladding and purlins

Above and below ground drainage works including the installation of a septic tank

M&E works - fire alarms, lighting, small power, data, security, CCTV, ventilation, heating and cooling

Builders work in connection with services
