PAN2942 - ITT for a Concession for Enforcement and Debt Collection Services

Leicester City Council invites Tenders for a Concession for the provision of Enforcement and Debt Collection Services using a common specification to cover the following categories:-

• Council Tax and Business Rates (including Business Improvement District levy)
• Parking Services & Moving Traffic Enforcement to include all Parking Penalty Charge Notices issued via Camera Device Enforcement or by a Civil Enforcement Officer.
• Sundry Debts (these are all other debts not described above, e.g. commercial rent arrears, care costs, housing benefit overpayments, former tenant rent arrears and maintenance & repair costs).

The proposed Concession will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further two years.
