General Building Maintenance Services Pre-market engagement

East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust "EEAST" "The Trust" is currently transforming its estate as part of an ambitious strategic transformation programme, which began in 2019 as a Trust board-approved critical change programme, transforming ways of working within Operations Support to deliver both operational and financial benefit to the Trust.

To support and help deliver this programme, now and into the future, EEAST is reviewing its delivery of soft facility management services, of which its planned and reactive General Building Maintenance forms a core part of the provision, and we are keen to engage with experienced providers to help us develop our requirements for the future procurement and better understand the level of interest.

The service is currently provided across EEAST's 6 regions, split into two separate contracts, one covering the North (Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire) and the other covering the South (Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex).

We welcome participation in this pre-market engagement exercise. Please review the additional documentation attached which looks at both the potential short and medium term strategies.
