The aim of the research is to identify what type of employer engagement activities are effective for learners with low prior attainment (no qualifications at level 2) aged 16 to 17 studying at entry level and level 1 in further education providers.

The outputs of the work will be examples of effective practice and a practical resource that can help achieve the outcome of sharing effective practice more widely to improve the employability skills of learners.
