description
Cornwall Council is testing two types of hydrogen electrolysers fitted to Cornwall Council and CORMAC fleet vehicles. The
objective of the project is to determine the impact of the electrolysers on vehicle emissions, fuel economy and general performance of utility vehicles operating in realworld conditions. In order to fully appraise the performance of the electrolysers, Portable Emission Measurement System (PEMS) testing will be required in order to test the baseline and operational emissions.
