BNR Flat Remodels

Bucknall New Road High Rise Flats: 1 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom properties - full flat refurbishment and remodel - kitchen and bathroom replacement, electrical and smoke alarm system upgrade, replacement heating and hot water system, flooring renewal, re plastering and redecoration. It is anticipated that there will be up to 27nr properties per year (subject to availability). This contract will be let to one contractor who will complete all the above works. Anticipated contract duration is 12 months with an optional extension of a further 12 months based on performance. The flats are within three blocks all in close proximity of each other. Each block has 46 flats comprising of 6nr x1 bedroom flats and, 40nr x 2 bedroom flats. Proposed start date is 04th April 2019. Please note that works will be let on a property by property basis under a JCT Minor Works contract Schedule of Amendments (please see draft copy in the legal Agreement section). The winning Contractor will be required to sign and return the contract within two weeks of issue. No works can start on site until the contract is signed and received by Unitas. .
