We're seeking a professional designer to design completely new websites for South Oxfordshire and Vale of White Horse District Councils and a developer to build the sites and the underlying content management system that drives both the sites. The successful bidder(s) will work with us from the outset and throughout the process to make sure the design and build of the sites is as smooth as possible. You can submit a proposal for either design or development, or both lots.
