NHS Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley CCG, NHS Medway CCG and NHS Swale CCG are seeking to re-procure the current provision of Acute Elective Services, through AQP. Please note that within this offer Cataract Surgery is included within Ophthalmology.

This is a due diligence process and reopening of the current Acute Elective Services. All existing providers MUST fill out the appropriate sections to continue providing this service from 01 August 2015. All providers that wish to submit an application form, whether existing or new providers, must read the offer documents (available on the Bravo website). The Technical Envelope has different sections for existing providers and different sections for new providers. Please note that ALL providers must fill out the Qualification Envelope in full. Please note that under ‘Any Qualified Provider’ contracts there will be no guarantees of volume in the contracts awarded. Further, prices are set according to NHS National Prices or a local tariff where specifically listed in the final contract payment schedules. All providers who wish to apply must do so by completing the Qualification Questionnaire and Technical Questionnaire which can be accessed through BravoSolution. The Bravo Messaging system for questions from Applicants will close on Friday 12 June 2015 at 12 noon (GMT), allowing time for answers to be posted and applicants to complete their applications by the reply by date of Friday 19 June 2015 at 12 noon (GMT). An electronic tendering tool is being used for this procurement. Interested parties should access the portal: https://www.nhssourcing.co.uk/aqp/web/login.html Suppliers using the portal for the first time must register to receive a password for their initial login. To access the ITT: a) Log into the portal and click the “View Current Opportunities and Notices” link; b) Click on the Project Title: AQP Acute Elective Services - North Kent CCGs; c) Click the “Log in or Register to Participate” button on the left hand side. Once you register your “Expression of Interest” - this will move the ITT into your “My ITTs” page (a secure area reserved for your projects only); d) Click on the ITT code (itt_3029) and the “Attachments”, “Qualification Envelope - Questionnaire”, “Technical Envelope - Questionnaire” and the “Messaging Service” can be accessed. If support is required to access the system please call the Bravo Helpdesk on 0800 368 4850 between 8am-6pm Monday – Friday. For all other enquiries, interested parties must use the messaging service on the e-tendering Portal. Parties wishing to submit a bid for the Contract and to gain access to the Invitation to Tender documentation, are asked to do this in accordance with the instructions set out above (It is important to note that if you do not register on BRAVO, you will not be able to access the supporting documents/information). Interested parties should note that the deadline for submission of Applications is 12 Noon (GMT), 19 June 2015.
