Appointment of a single supplier to refresh its aging network infrastructure with a new infrastructure solution, which must include:
| • | The technical Design of the new network solution; |
| • | The equipment necessary to refresh the data network; |
| • | Professional services necessary to implement the Solution; |
| • | Training in the new Solution for SCC's IT Network support staff; |
| • | A hardware and software Maintenance Contract for the Data Centre Equipment elements of the solution; and |
| • | Ad-hoc remote or on-site support provided as and when required by SCC. |
