description
Yorkshire Ambulance NHS Trust (YAS) is seeking a suitably qualified provider of ‘User’ experience survey and analysis services to support our NHS 111 service.
NHS 111 is a national health line designed to assist callers with non-emergency healthcare needs. Users access the service by dialling a free phone number 111. The logo for the service is ‘Call 111 when it’s less urgent than 999’
YAS is a NHS 111 service provider across the Yorkshire and Humber region which is one of the largest geographical areas in England, with a population of 5.3million potential callers. As such YAS has a contractual obligation to actively seek feedback from service-users to assess service quality.
YAS / NHS 111 are therefore looking to utilise an external company that will provide a sense of independent assurance to the commissioners of the service. This will consist of postal surveys and analyses of the returns; additionally providing timely reports, summary presentations of high level results and user comments.
