Landlines & Mobile Phones Provision

Mobile Phones:

We currently have 160 business mobiles, 21 data Sims for use on Tablets and 30 internet dongles through EE and others.

We would like to consolidate our contracts with a single supplier providing mobile phone handsets and Plans and in the process assist us with detailing use of these lines so that we can go to formal tender in two years time.

Indicative requirements:

Option 1:

Phones: Samsung J3 (2016) x 151 with 50 on a Basic Package and 101 on a Standard Package & 9 Samsung S6 Edge (32GB) on Standard Package

Option 2:

Phone: Samsung J3 (2016) x 50 on a Basic Package; Samsung J5 (2016)x 101 on Standard Package And 9 Samsung S6 Edge (32GB) on Standard Package.

Basic Package allowances = 500 free voice calls and texts to UK landlines and mobiles plus 500MB data

Standard Package allowances = free voice calls and texts to UK landlines and mobiles and 2GB data.

Duration: Maximum 2 years with ability to add extra phones and plans in first year but with same termination date for all phones (without penalty)- formal procurement (phones and landlines (x574 business PSTN lines)will follow

Data Sims:3GB,5GB and/or 10GB

Note: Successful supplier will need to install new Simms, activate phones and terminate existing 160 phones (mixture of Blackberries and Nokia's through EE).

Landlines:

Novation or Migration of existing 574 PSTN business landlines.
