Application for the provision of a Tailored Dispensing Service (TDS) from community pharmacy providers to provide dispensing adjustments/compliance aids following assessment and referral from the Medicines Optimisation Service (MOS). The CCG is opening the application window for this service to increase geographic coverage of service provision.
