Proof of Concept SCDC Cambourne Building Changes

As part of a recent review of SCDC's interview rooms, SCDC would like to explore the options of modifying its main building (South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne, Cambridge, CB23 6EA) to improve the interview rooms.

Therefore SCDC is looking for suitably qualified construction companies to provide some options and outline costs to look at the feasibility of undertaking this work.

Should the proof of concept prove feasible, then SCDC would need to re-tender the proposed option. This is therefore not a guarantee of any work or a tender, but an early investigation into the options and costs to enable SCDC to understand the options and any costs.

For suppliers this would involve a site meeting at Cambourne, Cambridge with our facilities manager and providing suggested options and approximate costs.

Unfortunately as this is a proof of concept and not a competitive tender, resources will not enable site visits with all respondents, so SCDC will undertake the proof of concept with the first three companies that respond to this advert.
