This tender relates to the provision of maintenance works to the landscaping and storm and foul drainage elements across the North Magazine site in Hereford. The 10 hectare site has recently been made development ready with the installation of storm and foul drainage elements as well as both soft and hard landscaping elements. These elements require maintenance over the next two years, with the possibility of extending this to three years.
