It is proposed to seek to appoint a property agent through Lot 1 (Total Estate Management) of Crown Commercial Services framework RM6168 - Estate Management Services.
The following is a list of the key services expected of the contract:
- oDisposals; Disposal of assets within the portfolio, including marketing, advice and reporting
- oLeasing and agency services; Undertake rent reviews, lease breaks/renewals, dilapidation negotiations and marketing and lettings of vacant properties
- oProperty and facilities management; Provide financial and facilities management of the portfolio, rent collection, ensure statutory compliance, landlord and tenant management, including reporting.
- oStrategic portfolio management; Independent sourcing of suitable investments, stock screening, selection and scrutiny. Include access to both occupational and capital markets, financial investment analysis and due diligence on acquisitions.
