ICT Managed Print Service and Associated Multi-Functional Devices 2020 - 2024

GreenSquare Group Ltd seeks to contract with a single provider for the supply of a Managed Print Service and Associated Multi-Functional Devices.

• oReplace only the devices which have exceeded their operational effectiveness / usage volume and retain all other existing printers.
• oReplacement devices to be the same manufacture fleet (no mixed fleet) as the existing devices (Kyocera) unless the provider will replace all existing devices at their own cost.
• oSupport / maintenance of the whole printer estate (across all locations) with specified targets (supported by an overarching SLA).
• oPrinters / drivers must be compatible with Citrix and secure.
• oDevice functional requirements must either match or exceed the current printer fleet capability.
• oSimilar User Interface(s) - standardisation rather than different across our estate.
• oOur Construction Devices are deployed to temporary locations and need to be managed differently. They must be deployed, collected, stored at the suppliers location and serviced at a fixed rate.
