The Authority is looking for a supplier to lead, cultivate and nurture a Restorative Just Culture (RJC) community of practice (CoP) (a group of people who engage in collective learning in a common area of interest) for a pilot commencing July 2022 - end March 2023.

This pilot aim will provide evidence on how successful the CoP is and whether the continuation of the CoP is worth pursuing. The supplier will prove knowledge and expertise in restorative just culture and how they have gained and used this knowledge, providing examples of the positive impact this knowledge and expertise has had.

The chosen supplier will work with the Civility and Respect team whose vision is dedicated to tackling bullying and harassment in the NHS and supporting NHS organisations to create positive workplace cultures of civility and respect which will improve staff experience and ultimately patient care.
