The ‘Super Strategic Economic Plan (Super SEP)’ document for the Combined Authority (CA) will provide the overarching strategic framework for the 3 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) areas of Black Country, Greater Birmingham and Solihull, and Coventry and Warwickshire. This strategy is supported by an extensive evidence base for the area.

A Performance Management Framework is being developed which is based on a range of balance metrics which provide key measures of success for the area . The work is underpinned by our Oxford Economic model which provides economic data and economic forecasts for the West Midlands Region by Local Authority level .
