Unlocking the potential of Earth Observation data to describe the capacity of ecosystems to provide natural capital benefits

The Authority is seeking a supplier to develop prototype services to provide ecosystem metrics derived from satellite remote sensing imagery, and to explore and evaluate the application of these services to Natural England business areas. The services shall make use of up-to-date Analysis-Ready Data (ARD) from the Copernicus Programme, provided by Defra for all of England. The supplier will explore business applicability through case studies, identifying and estimating operational costs, benefits, and next steps to create operational services.
