Together Housing Association - Property refurbishment works including structural elements (Blackburn BB1/BB2)

There are 5No. properties each with their own Bill of Quantities for pricing competition, the winning bidder will be expected to survey inclusive of the rates provided and firm a full and firm price for works to be undertaken and delivered inclusive of all welfare and site management costs to necessitate delivery of the projects. In order to deliver these works the organisation will need to be fully capable and be able to evidence as such their abilities to undertake structural building works and property refurbishments. All properties are within the postcode area of BB1 and BB2.

6. MA - Structural repairs and kitchen replacement.
18. BR - Underpinning and remedial works to kitchen and dining room.
19. WR - Underpinning, remedial works and kitchen replacement.
21. BA - Underpinning and remedial works to kitchen.
25. RR - Replacement of ground floor slab and kitchen.
