The Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Minor Adaptations and Keysafe services who are at risk of falls and injury within their own homes within Birmingham, irrespective of the service user's property tenure or financial background. The requirement is to be delivered via five lots, four for the minor adaptions and one for the supply and installation of keysafes. The details of the Lots is as shown below:

  • Lot 1 -Minor Adaptions - North
  • Lot 2 -Minor Adaptions - South
  • Lot 3 -Minor Adaptions - East
  • Lot 4 -Minor Adaptions - West
  • Lot 5 - Keysafe - Citywide

The Framework Agreement will last for 4 years (unless terminated under agreement provisions).
