Environment Agency- Leadership, Management, Development & Programme & Project Management

This framework is being established in full partnership with the Learning and Development Centre of Expertise. We wish to identify high quality suppliers who are able to provide a selection of:

• Leadership and Management development,
• Personal effectiveness development,
• Project and Programme Management development, and
• Equality, Diversity and Inclusion training services
• To support our leaders and managers in delivering our corporate objectives.

Through this contract we aim to support our managers and team leaders to improve the quality and inclusiveness of their leadership, management, and Project and Programme Management. We would like to do this using a blended digital and classroom provision, presented as coherent learning experiences for new team leaders, developing managers and by providing access to current leadership thinking for our senior leaders. For other staff, we aim to provide resources to support personal development to help them be their most effective in their work to deliver more for the environment.

The specification attached to this tender and individual LOT document provides the details of our course requirements. Most of our core programmes are standard generic programmes, so it is not seen necessary to provide further detail on content at this time. We are interested in your approach to our requirement and will partly assess your submission on what we regard as best practice and creative course design, this is built into the evaluation criteria in the tender document. We will work with the appointed providers to give more organisational context.
