CBC-1455-T-SE Passenger Lift Maintenace

You (the 'Tenderer') are invited to tender to deliver a planned programme of routine inspection, maintenance and repair of all passenger and goods lifts, together the 'Programme' all as further described in the Technical Specification at Annex 1.

The Works will begin from Monday 6th March 2023 for an initial term of two years, extendable at the Employer's sole discretion for a further one year to a maximum term of three years. The Programme will be awarded in Orders for each address setting out the Works required.

The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all.

If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system. Last date for receiving questions on the In-Tend system: 9th December 2022 - 12pm.

Completed Tender and attachments should be submitted electronically by the due date via our In-tend electronic tendering system. Tender must be uploaded via the "My Return" section of the system. Tender submitted through the correspondence facility will not be considered. Your Tenders must be submitted via the In-tend system by no later than 16th December 2022 12pm.

Tenders received after that time will be excluded.
