The Council require one contractor for the de-carbonisation works which includes a re-roofing and plant platform at Halifax Town Hall [listed building]. Contractors must ensure they can deliver all of the Council's specified requirements. Site visits are a condition to tender and dates will be publshed via the YORtender messaging portal.
