The project is for vegetation removal, topsoil strip and store, subsoil ripping, grading and firming, topsoil replacement, surface grading, stone burial, top-dressing, fertilisation, seeding, temporary irrigation provision and use, pitch grow-in agronomic works, with an option for pitch drainage within Springhead Recreation Ground, Springhead Road, Northfleet, Gravesend, DA11 8HW.
