description
Call for Competition through Crown Commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System. The County Council now wishes to let a services contract for the provision and installation of chargepoints and the ongoing management and maintenance of that network once online. The contract would be fully funded by the supplier in most locations in return for the supplier retaining most of the revenue. The supplier would have responsibility for the installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment and would bear the financial risk of its performance.
