L18046-T-TG A Call off contract for Building Control Services

LLA is currently seeking a consultant contractor to provide Building Control services for the design & build of a number of construction projects as part of a call off agreement.

Part A

• oProject Curium, including
• oLot 2a: Terminal expansion works
• oLot 2b: baggage hall redevelopment works
• oLot 2c: works to Central Search Area
• oLot 2d: external works to Goods In Waste Away area
• oThese services are to be required to run from mid-May 2018 through to the end of November 2018. (note there is a possibility these works could complete end October 2018)

Part B

• oIn addition, LLA's intention is to maintain a call off contract for the provision of Building Control services, for a period of 1 year with an option for a 1-year extension, requests for which will be issued on a call-off basis as and when required.

During registration, simply complete the information required on the three areas Company Details, Business Classifications and Company Categories. Once completed, click the Register My Company button located at the bottom.

Please note you must express an interest through this portal in order to be attached to the tender project. After expressing interest and reviewing any tender documents, in order to progress you will also be asked whether or not you wish to Opt In or Opt Out of the process and click the appropriate button.

Doing so will indicate to the buyers your intention to either make a submission or not and allow you to progress. Once you have opted in, you will be able to submit a response and use the Correspondence facility to ask any tender related questions.
