Constructing West Midlands Framework Agreement CWM2 - Further Competition for Lot 1 - Building Fabric Repair & Maintenance and Minor Building Works

Following the establishment of the Constructing West Midlands Framework Agreement CWM2, Sandwell MBC (the Contracting Authority) is now seeking to appoint a contractor to Lot 1 for the provision of planned and reactive repairs and maintenance services covering building fabric, to include statutory/planned maintenance and inspections, emergency and reactive maintenance and a provision for minor construction and refurbishment works. The services will be delivered throughout the Borough of Sandwell and some other establishments outside of the Borough. Please refer to supplementary Building Fabric Specification document.
