- High-level industrial intensification masterplan and vision to provide a development framework for the Strategic Industrial Land around Lea Bridge Station
- Produce a high-level industrial public realm and landscape strategy and costing
- Attendance at meetings with internal LBWF officers and relevant landowners and stakeholders in the area to input with specialist advice in pre-app discussions in the area
