The Flexible Support Fund (FSF) is intended to help Jobcentre Plus (JCP) District Managers to flexibly deliver elements of our service in the way they see fit for their Districts. The 18-24 Promoting Yourself provision is specifically for the Calderdale & Kirklees part of West Yorkshire District, where a gap in provision for the JSA 18-24 claimant group on JSA within the pre-work programme element of the claimant journey, has been identified. The claimant groups targeted by this provision may lack the confidence to use the Skills to Succeed provision or who might lack digital skills. The aim is to provide a better understanding of what an employer requires at interview and how to promote and sell oneself at interview.
