description

This project aims to understand and recommend how the implementation of a water

credits/offsetting system would work e.g. using water savings from elsewhere (household and non household retrofits and nature based solutions) - to address short-medium term (2024-31) water supply environmental risks in the Cambridge Water supply area to help to 'unlock additional development'. It will examine how the governance process will work in the Greater Cambridge area to ensure that it provides the benefits needed to both the water supply, planning and development sectors.

RDE Framework Sublot 5.2. This contract was awarded by the Environment Agency.
